Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon

Harcourt Valley Old Vine Cabernet Sauvignon

Oak flavours and a fine tannin structure

The old vines at Harcourt Valley Vineyards were planted in 1975 by Ray and Barbara Broughton who established the vineyards.  The vines are the oldest in the Mount Alexander Shire and sit at the lowest part of the property making them lower yielding and slower ripening.

The Old Vine wines are only made in years when the fruit is of an exceptional quality.  Production is limited to 60 cases.

The wines are given only the finest French oak ensuring well integrated oak flavours and a fine tannin structure the complements the length and intensity of the wine.
