Harcourt Valley Chardonnay

A light golden straw hue, a hint of French oak and citrus aromas

The Harcourt Valley Chardonnay is made in a lightly oaked style, seeing wood for only 6 weeks during fermentation and then transferred to tank for maturation before bottling.

This fruit driven style of Chardonnay displays a light golden straw hue, a hint of French oak and citrus aromas. The palate shows peach and fig with a small amount of malolactic fermentation (around 20%) and the mouth feel is rich yet textural, followed by a clean dry finish.

A wine that can be enjoyed now, always selling out before the next vintage is ready.
